Even if you're a college student or just need a cheap place, go somewhere else! I moved in in October. I have made three maintenance requests, but now it's march and nothing has been done. The hot water nob doesn't work in my kitchen, so i have to do my dishes in the tub. When i first saw the place it was already dirty. The police have been outside my apartment so many times i can recognize them by name. The place has been on the news for all of the break ins and a murder that occured in the building across from mine. Drug dealers loiter outside of my apartment. I've complained but NOTHING has been done. Dog poop is everywhere outside and nobody cleans it. I got a demand for possession of payment notice when i had already paid the rent. The heat is so effing loud when it comes on that it wakes me up. I can hear the neighbors above and next to me loud and clear. Even when the neighbors next door talk at a reasonable volume i can still hear them pretty well. Whenever my upstairs neighbors walk i can hear every crashing loud footstep. This place is not worth renting at all. Seriously.

When you go to look at the apartments, they'll show you one and probably tell you the one that you want isn't available to be seen. Don't be fooled. The one they show you will look NOTHING like your actual apartment. Don't make the same mistake I did.
