Basicly the police have abandoon this hood. I moved here last year and it was bad then but now its worse. I have dealt with hookers turning tricks in the laundry room. Crackheads smoking under my windows and the wonderful odor of crack coming in my dump. Bikers having loud sex next to the pond outside my building. The best of all was the site manager keeping it real!!!!!!!!!!!

this review was very helpful. I am looking to move into the area from out of state and i saw the ad for the property. The price was the best in the area but after reading these reviews I can see why the price is so low.
