The wonderful discounts made me think it was a sign from God. I haven't been in here 45 days, and I am miserable. I can't walk anywhere around the park, because bird sh** is EVERYWHERE!! Not to mention everyone doesn't pick up after their dogs so it's a combination of bird sh** and dog sh**!! Then on top of that, I have ROACHES in my apartment!!! If I had of known prior to signing my lease, I would not have moved in. I tried talking to staff to allow me to move out without being penalized, basically I am stuck here for the next 12 months. Prior to the exterminators coming out, they notify you that you have to inconviently move EVERYTHING out of the kitchen and bathrooms until they arrive. So it's not like they don't know the apartments have roaches. After I moved everything out the kitchen that's when I saw ROACHES like crazy. One was on the top of my stove, when I tried to kill it, the roach ran down between the burners. I tried talking with Ms. In Charge. She informed me that there would be more activity (meaning I would see more), due to the extermination, but they would redo the place in another week to ensure they would all be gone. She also made a comment that they could be anywhere, as if this is normal. I've been living on my own for over 25 years and I have NEVER had roaches. Don't move here, if you would like a peace of mind and a clean place to cook without worrying about roaches. Just imagine, one day you are cooking and you walk out the kitchen to answer your cell phone or to tell your kids to come eat, just that quick a roach can come out.

Yeah those damn geese and their ----. Sorry to hear about the roaches. Is Ms. In charge the office manager.....what a -----! What building do you live in?

Very true, they do nothing about the geese. Or the dogs, for that matter.
