I have lived here for a year so far and I have couldn't be any more happy! When I moved in I was offered a great price for a one bedroom and even got free time for moveing in. Over the year I have seen nothing but improvements being done to the property. The Maintenance staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They have done an amazing job with snow removeal. I get up at 6:00am and they are already out there pushing snow. By the time I get to my car I have no problems getting out. The grounds are also very well kept. There has been a few problems with pot holes in the parking lot since snow is mealting and in no time did they have then filled in. As for the office staff they are also very helpful. They are alot of fun to talk to. Even if your just stopping by the office to grab a cup of coffee and cookies, they always ask how you are. They also always have things going on for the residents like a pool party during the summer time, halloween coustume party for the kids and things like that. When I re-newed my lease my rent only went up $35 and I recived a free carpet cleaning and a new stove! Can you believe that a brand new stove for re-newing. Since I have been here I have never had any problems with safety issues. They have a night crew that is here when the office staff leaves the property. The property is also a gated community. I couldn't ask for anything better!!
