Spacious apartments and low rent are the only things good about this complex. But if you don't mind gunshots, loud music (after 10pm) in the parking lots, kids climbing through basement windows (I guess going through doors is too much work), weekly police raids, really shady looking neighbors and a funky hallway (I like there for two years and they finally put in new carpet). The only reason why I stayed so long was the rent. But after the shot out, it was through. Don't be deceived by the exterior.

I agree. There is plenty of booze, drugs, and parties in the buildings. Loitering is another problem, and the security can't do anything about it. Complainers get ran off by the managers. One of the tenants of that complex was convicted of armed robbery just one month before this review was written. That shows how thoroughly they do background checks!
