I've been living here for 7 months and I think it's great. I have a 2 bed 1.5 bath with more than enough storage space, and everything is in order. The heat, gas, water, sewage, and trash are all bundled together with a max price of $100, so the only unpredictable bill is the electric. The price is unbeatable, and living here is great. I've never had a problem with noise, the security is average, but not terrible, and my apartment windows overlook the pond from the third floor. The people have always been friendly, and I've never had a problem with maintenance.
When I moved in I filled out the form to tell them if there's anything wrong with the apartment before you move in, and I noted some small things like: bent heating grills, toilet wobbles slightly, small air leak around A/C unit. Within a week a maintenance man came to my apartment with that list and fixed everything, and I've had no problems since.
They also have no grace period on the rent, so freaking pay you rent on time!!. Rent is due the first, and I usually pay a month in advance. If you tell yourself that it's due the prior 20th instead of the 1st, you have your own built in grace period. GROW UP.
Great for a first apartment, or for those in troubled times. The only thing I'd recommend is to get an apartment (like mine) in the back by the pond. In the front, buildings are close together, and there are more apartments in each building. Whereas in the back, they are more spread out, and things are calmer. That will for sure cut out most of the "Noise" and "rowdy children" problem.

The AUM payment for 1 bedrooms has increased from $80.00 per month to $90.00. I have recently learned that they take TWO AUM payments out of the security deposit when a tenant checks out, and this leaves a very small margin for repairs and cleaning charges. To protect your credit rating and to avoid any unexpected charges on your account, be sure to thoroughly go over the apartment when you move out!
