Luxury is the funniest thing they advertise!

These apartments really appear nice in the beginning, until you start living here and realize that the attitude of the general community is that "we all pay a lot of money to do whatever we want". They advertise they are pet friendly, but what about the petless residents'' I have stepped on dog crap way too many times, complaining to the staff is useless, the blonde office girl who has been here since I first moved in, is always smiling saying she's so sorry about that, but I'm yet to leave her some dog poo in the clubhouse and have her step in it so I can tell her the same useless line time and time again over the past 2 years!
Overall, if you need to use 94 to get to work, move here so you don't have to fight the traffic to access the freeway, but if you're looking for value in your buck, try another place with more variety in floorplans and newer more modern amenities.
*PS the young maintenance guy is the best thing they have going, he always seems happy to get things done for you, and never feed you a line of crap if he needs time to get back to the situation!
