We moved in August and enjoyed they end of summer and early fall. UM game days can be annoying as the access roads are all blocked before and after the games.

Winter was frieghtful!! Maybe it was just that we had an end apartment. The master bedroom was always cold, no matter what the thermostat said. Our DTE bill begame outrageous. We have lived in Philly, which has the reputation of having some of the highest energy costs in the country. We never had bills this big!!

The apartment overall was great for us and we even has two children in there. If you don;t mind bundeling up it is a great place for a commuter.

The best part is that it was a neighborhood for Lawton School. One of the best elementary schools in Ann Arbor.
