I have been here for 5 years and it has gone downhill.

These jerks raised my rent by 10% this year!!! I complained and they did nothing about it. 10% what kind of crap is that'

Like the previous person, Meadowbrook used to pay water and sewage and they decided it would be better if the tenants paid because "we have to conserve water". That is not an exaggeration but rather an exact quote. When I complained, they told me to check my faucets because if one is leaking they will fix it. But water costs are on a communist system.. they divide the water costs by the number of tenants and it always is teh same each month.

They pay cable for now, but dont be suprised if these jerks take that away too,

Yes I was dumb enough to live here 5 years... but I wouldnt renew here and you shouldnt think about this place.

I have a friend in Arbor Landings who pays much less than I do and has an equivalent place. For a little more, you can live in Valley Ranch which kicks this place's as#

The maintenence is good.

The walls are somehwat thin so if you have a bad or loud neighbor, you will hear them.. everything from loud kids to loud people in the bedroom.

They do a good job on snow removal.

The washer dryer is Ok.. it only takes 200 minutes (not kidding) to dry my clothes.
