Unsurpassed Mediocrity

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
No luxury here, just very well fabricated cheap stylized apartments. It seems that the walls either crumble when you try to put a nail in them, or else they are metal.
Things break(doors, blinds, heaters) all of the time. Yes they fix them but it is still a pain. Also the utilities are higher than other apts that I have had (and I have lived in a few in Ann Arbor and elsewhere).
