I completely agree with the other renters. Rent increases at this place are huge and renter loyalty is not taken account. the office staff do not value renters and seem to focus all their attention on the newcomers. of late the service has deteriorated as well. Things do not fixed in time and the office staff seem to have a very nonchalant attitude.
The AUM company they use for charging water/sewer and trash is a big scam. you are charged a $ 39.00 adminstrative fee for no reason at all. They charged me for the time i had not lived in the apartment ( for the time the apartment was vacant before i leased it) and it took for ever for the morons to sort it out. even otherwise utilities are high because insulation is rather poor.
They advertise them as luxury apartments but there is nothing luxurious about them. They are pretty basic and the appliances are old and need frequent maintenance.
The office staff varies. Some of them previously were nice but now we are stuck with unprofessionals who rarely do their job. the office manager is rarely around.
I have lived in better, ocst-effective apartments in and around Ann Arbor.
