I moved here in May, and haven't had any of the problems that others have spoken of. I did have a small maintenance issue (tub clogged) but it was taken care of the same day.
Any dealing I've had with the office staff have been fine; they all seem very friendly and they love my dog! I love the fact that there is an open area for dogs to run.
My utility bill here was about the same as my last apt.
I would and have recommended this place to others.
