I moved here in July, and have had a 100%positive experience so far. Maintenance is SUPER fast and reliable and the office staff has been consistently friendly. They even had a dog aprty at the pool which I thought was very neat.
I would recommend getting one of their upgraded apts if possible, they are much better than the usual apts, not only here but in the entire Ann Arbor area. I got new appliances and cherry cupboards, very sharp!
I've had no problems, with neighbors, noise, high bills, etc... I love it here!!!
