I really liked living at Meadowbrook

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
We moved in January to Dallas. While I was looking for places in Dallas-I stumbled across this website. We were trying to find something as good in Dallas but not
having any luck. After living here-our standards had been raised.
On this site, I saw one person wrote the noise from the highway was soo loud they moved. In my opinion, this is nuts! I lived in Apt. 1770 which is the closet to the highway---it is not a problem believe me. White noise.
What I loved about Meadowbrook was the staff and the private entry apartments.
The private entry apartment is what I couldn't find in Dallas. Later I did find one with private entry but not as nice as Meadowbrook.
Meadowbrook is VERY pet friendly. There are many park type areas to take your dogs.
The apartment complex itself is not huge which I think is a plus when you need maintenance.
They pride themselves on their service. Hal is great---loved his wave in the mornings on the way to work.
Michael-in clubhouse--super great! Very helpful and always professional.
Nice pool.
If I had to say one negative--I had a noisy neighbor at first who had backed their TV up to the wall we shared--my dining area. Luckily, the moved.
Last thing--the staff have events in the clubhouse--pizza nights, etc.
If I ever am in the situation again in Ann Arbor--no question I would go back.
