These apartments are bad news -- be forewarned. The management is the worst I've seen in my 6 years of apartment renting. Not only did they lose track of our deposit, but the maintenance is slow and they wait until after you've moved in to inform you that you have to pay for trash and sewer. They also wait to inform you that on football game days, they barricade you into the complex so that you cannot leave. That's right, they put cops out there and everything. I am so pissed off right now; don't let this happen to you.

Um... you should know that those cops are "put there" by the city of Ann Arbor for the U of M home games. Meadowbrook (or any other complex) has no control over that. And you can leave the complex, they just re-route the traffic flow. Get a clue!
