Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
Cons:
-Heating bills around $250 a month in the winter and we kept our thermostat at 67. Furnace is terribly inefficient, there is about a 10 degree difference from one end of the apartment to the other.
-Plan on paying for internet, first off their free internet works about 50% of the time and when it actually is working it is barely better than dial up.
-If you want to renew your lease they will jack up the price by about $100 a month with no incentives other than you don't have to move.
-Kitchen storage is terrible.
Pros:
-Great location
-I have never had an issue with the office or maintenance staff
-Apartments are big
-Somewhat adequate parking
-Very pet friendly
