Apart from it's location, this complex is the worst I've been living in in all 6 years I've been renting. The Office staff are incompetent. My roommate and I turned in our rent with two separate checks, and instead of looking behind the AUM slip and pulling out my check, they threw the entire contents away besides the one check. You would think that if you pulled out only half the rent, that you'd check the rest of the envelope to make sure that it is in there. The woman Betsy(') in the office had the gall to call me and tell me to bring in a new check by the end of the day and tried to make me pay a late fee to boot... Needless to say I made her dig through her trash and informed her how incredibly ignorant she was. They also decided to perform a "5 Star Tuneup" of the apartment, including replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky sinks, etc, and gave us the option for extra things for their guys to look at and fix. They said to leave it on our Kitchen counter, and the date they were coming was on the notice. Not only did they not look at or even touch the list we made, they marked "ok" for each one of the items on their list, despite our still leaking sinks and burnt out light bulbs. They checked "N/A" for our smoke detector batteries as well! How safe is that!' I am extremely disappointed in this community. DO NOT rent here. They gouge you on the price, (We pay $1210 per month for a 2bdr, and they want to raise it $50 more per month if we renew) and they are renting out to new renters for $899 for a 2 bdr'''!!! As for the football issues, that's Ann Arbor, and you just have to make plans not to leave during those times. The Parking lots are completely trashed, and all of them are crumbling, with no plans to fix them. Their "Fitness center" is pathetic. Machines are from the 80's and the majority of them don't even work. Luxury' Not even close. SO SO PATHETIC!

They did the exact same thing to me with my "5 Star TuneUp". I noted some burned out light bulbs and some water damage on the dry wall at my front entry way, and nothing was touched. Terrible.
