I've been living here for a year with some of my friends around. We all agreed that the staff in the leasing office are very unfriendly and cold. Especially for the renewal, we asked for many many times about the rent, when other apartments sent the notice letters a few weeks ago. They just did not have any response. Finally they did increase a little bit rent, but they asked us to pay for the water and the heat. Parking is a big problem here. You cannot have lots of friends coming with their cars, cuz they will tow them away. My friends have to fight with the visitors in Island Drive nearly, or park fairly far away. The speaker is on the back-door! And it is not always working. Sometimes when the neighbor parting at night, we can hear very loud voice. It is already much better than Island Drive we lived a year before. But it is not good enough. The fitting room is very small and usually has lots of people even late.
