Location not worth the troubles

Parking is ok if you live there but a hassle for guests. They must park at the bank off hours or you must get to the office when it's open to get a permit ahead of time.
Recently they stopped including heat, water, sewage and trash removal in the rent and bumped the rent up for current residents who signed after a certain date (about a week or two after they finally got me the lease.) Not only are they not charging for these utilities based on use (square footage of apartment) but they are giving a break to new residents in the form of $150-175 less a month plus one month free.
I dealt with living here fine until recently, despite the cost, parking issues, and thin walls. After the lease change I decided to move asap. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
