I have lived in Ann Arbor in every over priced crappy apartment there is. This place is a real dump. I dont live here but my best buddy does.I can only attest to how over priced it is and how run down it is for that price.There are so many other apartmetns to chose from in this area. Parking..who cares...how friendly the office staff is...who cares...this place sucks.
