I mainly decided to live here since it is close to the medical campus. The actual apartments are nice...the living rooms are quite spacious. Parking is such a pain. Even with their policies, I have come home many a night not to be able to find a spot, and end up parking across the street. And forget about having guests over...I don't because I would feel horrible if their cars got towed (which I see happen a lot). Also, I am not happy with management here. It was rather good when I first moved in, but I've found the new people to be very rude and unconcerned. One month I received a letter from these people saying my rent check wasn't cleared because my bank account didn't exist. Clearly I had been paying from this account for almost 2 years without a problem, and this was a mixup on their end. But instead of a phone call to alert me to the situation, they sent me this letter implying I had deliberately skipped out on rent and threatened to send their lawyers after me if I didn't pay. That is no way to treat a long time resident, if you ask me. Thank goodness I will be moving soon.
