If you can get a good special, this complex is a great place to live.
Positives:
It is a 7 minute walk to the hospital.
Our electric bills were $18-22 each month and the combined water/sewar/trash/heat was always $45.
The office staff knows everyone by name and always help out with all needs. Maintenance comes within one day.
Negatives:
Parking is annoying since visitors have to move their cars out of the lot at 7pm sharp.
There is no central air, so only the living room and the larger bedroom (unfortunately not mine) have air.
The layout is just okay (I'd much rather have a seperate living and dining room) and there is not much kitchen space.
