Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
things have been getting bad at Medical Center Court Apts in Ann Arbor. Poor management, poor communication with residents and WORST OF ALL: new young non-educated non-professional residents moving in and causing lots of noise, parties late at night, smoking in hallways, hear curses and fights, speeding cars aorund, etc. It is NO LONGER a place for professionals or small families or newly married couples to live and safety issues are concerning. Also beware though of one managner: she is a rude, grumpy, unfriendly, and difficult to deal with, and has no common sense.
