I moved here from Florida... I am a recent grad (not of michigan) but a young professional. I wanted a place that I could walk to downtown. I was planning on getting a dog and a place where I could keep a car. This place was perfect.
I never once had a problem parking my car. I never once had a problem parking a friends car. I never had a car towed from here becaue i didnt get a guest pass.

In terms of having a dog. I feel this is the best place I have ever lived in. Especially if you live in the courtyard area. Everyday I would let me dog out into the courtyard. He could run around, play fetch and within a few minutes the couryard would have serval other dogs in there for him to play with. Its like having a personal dog park right there.

The buildings are a bit older. I guess not the best looking buildings I have seen (easy to get over) but they are great contruction. I lived on the middle floor. and could only barley hear the people above me. I Think only once could I hear the people through the wall. I never once was disturbed by anything going on in the complex.

The staff here was great. They were completly reasonable and addapting. They helped me out on several occations in terms of getting my rent paid when i was out of town. Personally walking guest parking passes to my apartment because I wasnt able to make the office hours due to work.


I am sad to of left this place. But I needed to live closer to detroit for work reasons. I know both me and my dog miss this place and would go back if work changed.
