While we've only lived here a short time, Mill Creek has already proven to be an excellent choice. On our move-in day, everyone in the office remembered us, and the girl that did our paperwork even remembered our cats' names (as opposed to our last place which "forgot" we had cats and so never included them on the lease). We have a two bedroom unit, and the townhouse style does wonders for the noise. It's very quiet, and hard to hear any noises outside the townhouse. You are your own upstairs neighbor, so you'll never have to live with the sounds of lead-feet. The single-story units are built shorter with no second unit above, so even those should be quiet. Our unit has a basment (!!) which gives us plenty of room to store the things we had crammed into closets at the last place.

The area is beautiful. There's a huge park adjacent to the property, and it is no more than a five minute walk from any unit in the complex. There is decent lighting outside at night, and it's not that hideous orange used in most city lights. The semi-private patios give a very homey feel to the place, and provide enough privacy so that I don't feel squished up with other neighbors. There are several families, and it feels like a neighborhood. I feel very safe having and raising children here.

The office staff and maintenance crew are outstanding from what I've seen so far. The people in the office have always been friendly and remembered my name from the first time I met them. When we turned in the move-in checklist (one foggy window, dishwasher was loose, and the tub drain wouldn't plug) maintenance was here literally within five minutes. I certainly don't expect that every time, but it's nice to know they can be there in a second if needed. They knocked every time they left and re-entered, just to make sure they weren't intruding on our privacy. Everything was fixed quickly and correctly (including replacing the entire window).

As of yet, I have no complaints whatsoever about this place. Our last place (Park Place) was a joke in comparison, and we're paying less to live here. Highly recommended by both the wife and I.
