I love my townhouse! I love this complex! I cannot say enough about Mill Creek; I have lived in a few apartment complexes in the Ann Arbor area and had some really unfortunate experiences. I feel like I live in an actual home, not an apartment. My neighbors are fabulous family types who are very friendly. I feel like we have an actual sense of community! My home is spacious and meets all of my needs. Any repairs that have been necessary were taken care of very quickly. After I moved in and indicated that the previous tennant had left behind some chipped paint, they even came in to fix that! I would completely recommend Mill Creek to anyone looking for a community near downtown without the hassels of the larger complexes or sharing individual houses with others.
