Wonderful staff and neighborhood

I've lived here for 4 years, and in 3 different apartments in the complex. I have nothing but good things to say about the complex and the staff. The complex is well maintained, and the units are the best value in town. My only complaint is that the basements leak whenever it rains, resulting in a large amount of water on the basement floor. I'm not really sure that anything could be done about this, though. I've recommended Mill Creek to everyone I know, knowing that they will be pleased.
