Best hidden gem in Ann Arbor

This complex wasn't listed on rent.net and I found it through a friend. I lived in a 2 bedroom townhouse with a basement from Oct 2004 - May 2006 and the only reason I left was because I moved out of MI. My neighbors, for the most part, were excellent. The only issues were minor parking problems (assigned spots being taken) and a newer neighbor started having loud parties / incidents in the evening.
The staff is great. They were all very courteous and helpful and maintenance fixed things very quickly.
After one year, if you decide to go month to month, your rent doesn't increase. Can't beat that in A2!
The only real downside I had was that my townhouse was right near I-94 and I had a bit of a hard time adjusting to highway noise.
