Quick maintenance service (if needed). Friendly and VERY professional staff and management. I lived in MillCreek for 2 years and I couldn't have had a better apartment experience. The townhome apartments are large! The price is great for graduate students or family. I planned to stay for the duration of my doctoral program, because it was the first time I felt like it was my home away from home. My neighbors became a second family to me and I felt very safe. I would recommend this place if your're looking for space and the feeling of being in a house as opposed to a cramped apartment.
