I have been here for almost 3 months and I love it! For the price, it is the best you could ask for.
Positive:
Office staff is friendly and helpful
2 bedroom Townhouse in Ann Arbor - $850
No one lives above you, No one lives below you
2 bedrooms have washer/dryer hookups
NO DOGS BARKING (dogs are not allowed in the complex at all)
Minimal Noise from neighbors
Great open view out my office window
FREE Water
FREE Trash and Recycling
My basement has never flooded
Less than Positive:
Office is only open M-F 9-5
Sometimes you can hear the highway traffic
You have to buy your own Washer Dryer
No cable outlets on the 2nd floor (I ran a long cable)
Parking spaces should be numbered for each townhouse
The park connected to the complex is under construction
The floors are sweeky, you can never hear your neighbors floors, only yours
