Although the townhouses themselves are a bit older they're kept up well and are a nice place to live. The community is quite and safe as there is only community traffic coming into the area; the main road dead ends into a park that has recently been updated and now has a new disc golf course and a nice walking track around a pond.

Although the buildings are good, the staff really makes the difference here; they're very attentive to any requests that we have and are quick to come fix anything. I highly recommend this community as it's reasonable priced (for Ann Arbor anyways) and we actually looked at about 16 different places around town; this was a hands down winner for us.
