I lived here for one year, and I've known several other students who've been here for several years. It's a very nice place - the apartments themselves are nice, but not exceptional, but it's a very quiet complex (surrounded by woods), very quick maintenance, they put a lot of time into keeping everything looking great, and the management is very easy to get along with. On a city bus route, right next to UM north campus, it's hard to beat for a grad student.
