private peaceful but way over priced and poorly built. all the other reviewers are right- we were even told by an ex-maintenance guy that there is no insulation in the walls. we paid $330 one month in the winter to keep our apartment at 67. office staff is nice depending on the day and their mood. grounds are not kept up very well. tennants leave their kroger carts every where. awesome veiw, felt safe, maintenance is mostly friendly, close to many things. overpriced apartments were small. no lights in living room or bedrooms, so bring your own lamps. all walls are metal studs.
