Slum-Lord, and Slum-Property...

I wouldn't ask my worst enemy to live in this dump. First off, the parking lots are so BAD. Everywhere I drive the roads are totally torn up. Also, living in the apartments, you spend a small fortune on heating expenses. The apartments have little to no insulation, so it's almost unlivable in the winter time. I mean for the prices they charge you here, it shouldn't be so horrible.

The noise here is a HUGE problem, I feel like this is turning into a huge party complex. The people that are moving in, are often young foreign college people that blasts their music day, and night. Often have friends over that take up all the parkings spaces. Which often includes my assigned parking spot.

The managment is pretty unprofessional, and the main maintenence guy never seems to be there actually working. The other guy is really useless, and unkowledgeable with fixing anything in the apartments.

If you're smart, find another complex, don't live here.
