Lived here for almost a year. Upon arrival, was unable to get my apartment 1 day early because it "was not ready". When I did get my apartment the next day, it was not ready either. Requested repairs were made relatively quickly although, not made to last. Cupboard shelves were held up with little plastic clips that were hot glued into place. Took three attempts to get the sinks to stop dripping, took several weeks to replace a broken dishwasher. Months(and a new maint. crew) to fix the door problems(very difficult to lock and unlock).

As for the office staff, the manager didn't seem to be around much and when she was, you would rather she was not. I found her to be quite rude. Upon my arrival, the apartment had been vacant for some time and there was bacteria in the pipes and faucet. Her attitude that I could just go buy bottled water.

On the flip side of the manager, is the full time leasing consultant. Her, I found to be quite helpful, knowledgeable (although, not enabled to make independant decisions thru no fault of her own) and generally most plesant.

Reguarding parking, you did have your one assigned parking space that was under a carport. I found that on a couple of occasions, someone else decided they wanted my space and nothing could be done about that unless they were still in it when the office was open. Snow removal, not the best I have ever seen. Must be careful of hidden ice. The side walks were well maintained however.
