These apartments cost a small fortune, and even worse they are so drafty my bills can run over 300 per month easily! The road is all torn up all around the complex, and the apartments have paint peeling everywhere. I can hear people have sex, and blast their music through the wall at all hours of the night. There is often trash thrown all about the property, and it looks quite junky. Obviously there is no pride in maintaining this property, management should be ashamed.

As far as office people, I believe her name is Nicky. She's the leasing agent and she's pretty nice. She always greets people with a smile, and she is always there. The manager I never really see there. The maintenance people there's two, that I know of should be fired. They are usually late to my service calls, rude, unprofessional, and every time I have seen them, they are just standing around smoking, or just sitting out in their cars wasting time. I have seen them smoking in the clubhouse as well, and it just reeks like hell in there now. A time or two the Arabic guy has came to my apartment for common repairs, and he couldn't fix a common problem with my dishwasher. He was VERY rude, reeking like he just drank booze, and was even on the verge of threatening me. I have spoke with others around the apartment complex, and found out he's been harassing other residents too. Why are these people even allowed to work for the complex'

I have been an active resident for many years, and this used to be a really decent place. I really liked the maintenance guys they had working for them before, Myke or Michael, and Julien I think' They were so much more professional, than what slime they have now. I don't know what happened to them, because it seems they both left at the same time. I bet they gave up working on this dump.

Overall, this isn't a great place to live anymore. I am not happy with what this complex is turning into, I agree with the other reviewer, this is turning into a slum property. It is going downhill fast. Where is the manager that should be managing these problems' I am contemplating on moving somewhere else that is nicer. I refuse to live somewhere where I feel physically threatened by a drinking on the job, rude maintenance guy. Who is employed by the people that I pay rent to. I refuse to give this guy my money. Run, don't walk away from these apartment. They are not worth living in. Not until they shape up, clean house, and get better staff. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

To Parc Pointe Disaster. It's Mike and Julian, I have heard all about how bad that place has become. We spent 5 years trying to make it a great place to live, to see it 1 1/2 years later worst than when started. It pisses us off but we've moved on and we are sorry for your pain!!!!!!!!!! Mike
