Don't rent here. We have been here for a year now and they can't even blow all the dead leaves and trash out of the breezeways. Loud students, and maintenance is slow to get the drift. Better, new construction across the street.

Wow. A 1.0 review and your most detailed complaint is dead leaves. Your problems seem to stem from your neighbors and not the apartment management. Did you ever stop visit you neighbors and discuss your issues like a man, or did you sit in your apartment brooding over offenses only known to you. For example, at the beginning of the academic year, a group of four guys moved into the apartment above me (I'm in 1855). They had a loud stereo and were dropping cigarette butts onto our first story balcony. After a two weeks, I went upstairs and mentioned the noise/cigarettes and we've only had a few problems since then.
