We have been living here for a year. Like everybody has said, trash everywhere. The place looks like a wal-mart, trailerpark dump with dumpsters overflowing, trash in the breezeways, rotting carpet on the landings, potholes, black tar on the siding, raccoons living in the dumpsters and plenty of other crap. Stay away, new apts across the street!
