We love the views, location, and architecture of the units. They do feel quite private.
Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a godsend and the water pressure is fantastico!
The maintenance staff have been punctual about fixing things.
Heating is very expensive, about $85 a month in winter.
Number of potholes totally unacceptable. I got a flat tire from them!

I wish our water pressure was good. Its horrible. We had to buy new fixtures because it drizzled out. And its cold! The views are the only thing this place remotely has good for them. I would never never rent here again. Horrible
