I rented the small 1 bedroom appartment (580sq.ft.) from Parc Pointe for one year. All in all the apartment complex is a good one, much better than its neighbor Willowtree Apts and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment close to N. Campus.

The apartment I got was clean, with older but still functioning dish washer and washer/dryer. I only had one maintenance problem the entire, the water heater was leaking, and it was fixed quickly and correctly the first time. The grounds are kept clean, and the maintenance staff they have now appears to be working to keep it that way every day. The office staff was helpful and courteous to me. I thoroughly enjoyed living there.

My only gripe would be the parking area pavement is in very poor condition with many potholes.
