They were slow to replace a part on the water heater for 2 months. Our showers were cold and the dishwasher could not clean dishes properly. I love having a fireplace, yet the brick chimney needs repair and they are slow to do it which means when there's a hard rain the water leaks into the apartment.

The insulation is poor. The front door leaks heat and so do the sliding doors.

When I went to talk with them about issues, the manager was discourteous, rude and abrupt. This was such a turn-off and I decided not to live here again.

We rent here also. our problems are with the general filthiness of the breezeways. there is dirt everywhere, and garbage strewn everywhere. Go across the street, everything's new, and the people are very nice.

Are you seriously paying $735 for 2 bed/2bath? We are paying $1050, and I feel like we are getting royally screwed. The insulation is completely riduculous. Our heating bills are usually $80 a month.
