Horrible Service/ Very Poor Maintenance

I'm currently leaving in this Apartment and i'm just waiting for my lease to run out.
If you don't have anyone other place to go,please make Pheasant Run the last choise. They give you a dashing 2 month off which people like us think that we saved a hell lot of money and later to our surprise see they do not respond if you have a genuine problem.
Our hallway celling has ripped off and miracalously no one was hurt.The washer and dryer is not working for almost 3 days and inspite of many reminder they have not fixed the problem.Since 4 days the tiles in our bath tup is broken.They haven't fixed the problem yet.When asked they always give some filthy excuses all the time.
