I lived and worked for the place for a year, and it's not bad. Thou the price is a little high, and service ain't quick the way you would think them to be. Others should try living somewhere else before they make a complaint, because I have lived in places where it will take ten calls and two weeks before they come fix anything. And if I had an emergency problem, like a gas leak, I would have a better responce call the gas company.
So, I like them at Pheasant Run. I would rent from them again because it's quiet, depending on your neghbors, the apartments could use an better upgrade for the price but in all not bad, and unless you're like me (fill with personal issues) you'll like the crew, there good people to know.
