We have lived here for 2 and a 1/2 years and when I first came here I hated it! The refrigerator wasn't working, the toliet didn't flush, and the heat wasn't working. But I got one of the maintenance men to come over on a Sunday (straight from church, he claimed)and everything was fixed within a couple of days.

I haven't had too many problems with the staff or management, though the not-so-urgent repairs are often put off quite a bit.

Overall, it's probably not the best place to live, but I've seen worse.
