do you people realy believe this.
do you really think you can pick your neighbors let alone tell them what to cook.
if your hall smell then hold your breath.
who to say that your cooking might offend them,but they don't tell you.
as far as the grounds go they have guys picking up the grounds everyday. the same ground the resident throw the papers out,empty their ashtrays on the ground and the dunpster is only feet away.
just because we rent does'nt mean we don't have to take care if it.
