This experience has been the worst imaginable. From the cockroaches in the apartment to the terrible maintenance, (they don't inform you when they are coming to work on anything, I have walked in on them twice) to the office staff who sneer at you when you come to ask them for anything, to fire alarms going off all night, Noise from tenants and kids using the hallways as playgrounds. It has been a nightmare. Beware of this place, it is section 8, and you are getting exactly that. Cheap, Cheap, Cheap.
