I've been a resident here now since June of 07 but I've lived here before many years ago and I have to say everything here is so much better than what it was! I know there have been power problems, but i'm blessed that I live in a complex where neighbors respect each other. its quiet, there is no animals or kids and 98% of the time I get the laundry area when I need it. I've talked to management about the power problem and from the past few weeks where we've had VERY strong wind gusts, I would have to say, the power problem has been corrected because I've never lost power! I've also seen tree cutters around the partrige path area cutting down trees around power lines. I feel safe and comfortable here and would recommend it anyone!

Yeah, right. I live on Partridge Path and I'll believe it when I see it this winter about keeping the power on. I also don't know what building YOU'RE in that you're lucky enough not to have children in your building. There are several in my building and most of the time they're fine, but the youngest ones can be heard screaming at night (infants) and the labrador pup next door barks anytime someone passes IN the building. Especially to the laundry room right next door to that apartment.
Safety? Hope YOUR car hasn't been broken into. Can't say the same for most of the people in my area. I shudder to think how it USED to be if it's better now...

This review was MINE and only MINE! I do live in a great building! I have grown adults that respect each other, sorry you dont! If you are that unhappy maybe you should move! but good luck with that, especially with that attitude!

I live on partridge path.....no issues here my neighbor has a dog and it cant he heard unless your on the hallway not in the apartment, they apparently fixed the power issue because I only lost power once in 3 months much better then when I first moved in, also the kids are great no issues with them, about the security yeah lock your cars!!
