I do think that this site has a disproportionate amount of negative comments to positive ones. So I'll try to be balanced here.

I do think it is a good deal to live here for the amount of money they charge compared to other places in Ann Arbor for the size of the apt you get. I also think mine was in good condition.

When I moved in I did have an ant problem and there are a lot of other bugs. I think it has to do with all the wet mulch outside my patio door.

The electrictiy goes out all the time. It is unreal how much it goes out lately. It is really a problem.

Whenever I had a maintenence problem they fixed it promptly.

I currently pay 575 which was a move in special. I just got a notice when my lease is up it's going to 685. I understood it would be going up, but not that much! I'm going to see if they will negotiate, otherwise I will be moving.
