As of right now you will find at least THREE individuals registered as Sex Offenders living at Pheasant Run.
Not great odds; do you wonder what attracts them' I know prices are reasonable but your safety and that of your family should be #1.
Get out while you can. You are not safe there; check with the Ann Arbor Police if you don't believe me.
I'd love to upload the pictures I have from when I lived there-----mold that rotted walls, leaks in ceiling so bad we needed duct tape and buckets and a fridge that didn't work so all of our food rotted.
The area has gotten terrible; I've helped employees and friends move OUT and would never, ever recommend it.
