Unwilling to work with residents

At first the apartment seemed like a dream come true. A clean, fairly modern two bedroom apartment in Ann Arbor for under $700. The amenities were just a plus! However from the moment I moved in I began losing power at least once a month. The property manager claimed it was DTE's fault and it never seemed to be resolved. This has continued the entire time I have lived at the complex and I moved in at the beginning of May. The property manager is friendly but unwilling to help the residents solve problems. They only claim that their procedures are the result of decisions made by the corporate office. When I asked for a phone number to the corporate office, I was refused one. Beware - if something seems too good to be true, it usually is. In this case, that is absolutely true!
